3 Ingredient Caramel Toffee Dip

Recipes

This 3 ingredient caramel toffee dip is a crowd favorite! I learned this simple, yummy recipe from my in-laws. They have been making it for Thanksgiving for years, but I love it for a quick fall treat. Sometimes I make it for an after school snack for my kids, and other times I do it up big for fall entertaining!

You can serve this up however you’d like! I’m sharing 2 festive ideas on how to display this simple dip: one on a wood bread board and another on my large Mackenzie Childs cake stand. The dip itself I put in a bowl from my favorite Walmart dinnerware set. Once you have your base, you’ll surround your bowl filled with 3 ingredient caramel toffee dip with things to dip in it! Some of my favorites are Halloween cookies are from Trader Joes, pretzel sticks for a salty/sweet variation, and I always include granny smith apples, as they offer a tart contrast to the sweet dip. Other options are flat pretzels, graham crackers, or even Ritz crackers.

There are so many fun ways to make this recipe your own! Try one of these variations:

  • Peanut butter: Stir in some creamy peanut butter for a nutty flair. I would add a little additional sugar to balance the addition.
  • Chocolate: Stir in Nutella for a caramelly-chocolate mix.
  • Cinnamon: Add a tsp of cinnamon to the mix for a touch of spice.
  • Chocolate chips: Mini chocolate chips in place of toffee bits is a yummy alternative.

This is one fall recipe I could make over and over again. Partially because of how delicious it is, but mostly because of how simple it is to make! Bring this to your next fall get together to really impress your guests. Check out more of my fall recipes in this Fall Recipe Roundup!
