  1. I’ve been keto on and off since January 2016 and strictly keto from 2016-2019. Mid way in 2019 I fell off and what a big difference in how I feel. On keto my energy level was so much higher, my joint pain was gone and my weight was lower. I also started for health reasons. I’m five years away from retirement and certainly didn’t work hard all these years to have health issues that prevent me from from enjoying life. I’ve had so many people try to talk me out of it but my doctor has told me to keep doing what I’m doing. If your interested in starting do your research and the science behind it and talk to your PCP. It’s definitely worth it.
