Combine all ingredients for dressing in a small bowl and set aside.
Place the lettuce in a large glass bowl and top with a layer of chopped cucumbers & green onions.
Add in the layer of peas and on top of those the chopped raddishes.
Lay the hard boiled eggs across the top for the final layer before the dressing.
Carefully spread the simple dressing over the layered salad. Completely cover the top of the salad creating a seal to the edge of the bowl.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon pieces.
Then lay each sliced tomato over the cheese and bacon layer in a decorative way.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. This really blends the flavors and keeps the salad crisp!
Toss before serving or instruct your guests how to serve the salad. I actually prefer to dip my serving spoons all the way to the bottom and bring each layer up undisturbed! But you do what you like!
