Fresh Apple and orange mulled cider sweetened with truvia and finished with cinnamon and nutmeg in 30 minutes.
1. Place all ingredients into your Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker.
2. Cook under high pressure for 10 minutes, and let it release all pressure naturally.
3. Stir well.
4. Place a large bowl on the counter. Place a large strainer across this bowl.
5. Using a ladle, transfer the contents of your pressure cooker into strainer. Use the back of the ladle to smash the cooked fruit and get some of the pulp into the cider.
6. Continue until you’ve extracted all the liquid and a good bit of the pulp. My kids actually ate the leftover apple pulp. Tastes like spiced applesauce!
7. Serve hot or cold, add liquor after fully strained and cooked if you want.
