Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Ritz Crackers with Candy Cane Sprinkles
Marshmallow cream filled Ritz cracker sandwiches dipped in melted chocolate and sprinkled with bitz of candy cane for a bit of crunch.

Ingredients
- 48 ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup Marshmallow cream
- 24 oz melted chocolate almond Bark (my favorite melting chocolate's Ghirardelli)
- 1 candy cane, crushed
Instructions

Spread marshmallow cream onto the tops of 24 crackers.
Place the rest of the crackers on top of the marshmallow and sandwich them together.
Melt chocolate almond bark in the microwave or over a double boiler. Once chocolate is melted, use a fork to dip the marshmallow cracker sandwich into the chocolate to coat. Shake off any excess and place on wax paper. Let chocolate harden at room temperature.
