Creamy Cheeseball

Course Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 2 oz package of Buddig original pastrami
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Take the cream cheese out of the fridge and let it soften on the counter while chopping the veggies.

  2. Chop up the carrot, celery, green onion, and pastrami into tiny pieces. This is a really important step. The smaller the dices, the better flavor and spreadability of the cheeseball.

  3. In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, chopped carrot, celery, green onion, and pastrami.

  4. Mix until fully combined.

  5. Form a ball with the ingredients.

  6. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
