Layer pepperoni slices to cover the pan leaving no gaps. The pepperonis will shrink when cooked so stack them in!
Layer 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheese over the pepperoni slices and sprinkle with desired amount of Dried Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Then layer a handful of pepperonis and the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top of that. Remember, this is keto, so we can go heavy on the fat!
Heat pan over medium heat and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes. You will see the sides starting to crisp up but the cheese wont be melted all the way through yet.
Take a spatula and separate the edges from the pan and cover and cook for about another 5 minutes.
After a total of 10 minutes, your keto pizza should be done. Remove from the pan and let it rest for about 2 minutes.
Slice and serve with Marinara sauce on the side. Just be aware of the carbs in the marinara sauce. You just need a little. I love to serve this with a side salad as well.
