Make sure your rice is cooked, cooled, and dry. I love using leftover rice from the night before, but as long as its dry and cool, it will turn out great.
Preheat your Blackstone to medium high heat. Add 1 tbsp canola oil and spread evenly across grill.
Cook down bacon pieces and chopped onion for about 6 minutes or until bacon crisps. Add all your fresh veggies to the mix and cook on the grill til the veggies soften just a bit- about 3-4 minutes. Set to one side of the grill.
Add another tbsp of canola oil and 1 tsp sesame oil to the grill.
Scramble 3 eggs on the grill and add cooked rice to the grill.
Mix everything together and continue mixing and flipping until rice starts to brown. Add the soy sauce, garlic. salt and pepper to taste.
