This creamy slaw is in my top 3 favorite salads. Unlike most other salads, this one keeps in the fridge for a few days! I usually double the recipe so we can eat it all week.

Creamy Lime-Cilantro Slaw
Perfectly paired with pulled pork, grilled chicken, or fish tacos. This creamy slaw will have you going back for seconds!
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
- 1 serrano chile, seeded & minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey or truvia nectar
- 8 cups shredded cabbage or thinly sliced
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- salt & pepper to taste
Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, minced chile, garlic powder, & cumin in a large bowl. Add cabbage and green onions; toss till fully coated. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
