Everything You Need to Know About my New Soniq Aluminum Windows
Windows might not be at the top of your splurge list when building a home, but they can make a significant impact! I’ve experienced sticker shock when reviewing quotes for the black framed windows I’ve saved on Pinterest.
Fortunately, I recently discovered Soniq Windows & Doors at the UV Parade of Homes. Their sleek designs have gained popularity in Southern Utah and are now becoming a nationwide favorite due to their combination of high quality and lower costs.

Why Soniq Windows Stand Out
Cost Comparison
Compared to similar high-end products, Soniq Windows are significantly more affordable. The main reason for this cost-effectiveness is their manufacturing process. Soniq can maintain high standards while keeping prices competitive because they produce their windows in China. On average, you can expect to save a substantial amount without sacrificing quality.

Durability and Maintenance of Aluminum Windows
One of the standout features of Soniq Windows is their use of aluminum both inside and out. This choice ensures the windows are low maintenance and eliminates the risk of warping or deteriorating, unlike vinyl or wood. Additionally, all their products are powder-coated to prevent color fading over time. The windows and doors are double-paned (5mm thick per pane) with an option for triple-pane glass, providing added insulation.

Customization and Design
The possibilities were endless with Soniq. We ordered custom windows in my new build and they look incredible! Soniq Windows & Doors offer:
- Operable Windows: Choose from Casement, Awning, or Tilt and Turn styles, which feature a more modern, European look.
- Grids: Customizable grids can be placed inside or outside the windows or both. I designed these Dimond leaded glass windows below for my pantry. These would normally cost me a fortune, but with soniq they were so affordable.
- Screens: Retractable screens are mounted on the frame’s inside, making them invisible when not in use.
- Colors: With eight standard colors and over 500 custom options, you can find the perfect match for your home! These windows can also be painted after installation.
- Interior vs. Exterior: You can also do different colors on inside vs outside! For example, you could do black on the outside and white on the interior (or any combination you like)!

Performance and Security
Thermal Efficiency
Despite aluminum’s reputation for poor insulation, Soniq has overcome this with thermally broken frames. Additionally, this design feature includes a thermal break that separates the interior from the exterior, significantly improving energy efficiency. The U-values range from .28 to .38, depending on the window type, ensuring excellent insulation.

Security
I can already see that the quality of Soniq Windows inherently ensures security. Their doors feature a multi-point locking system, and the windows have a dual locking mechanism, providing robust protection for your home.
Availability and Turnaround Time
With offices in Dallas, Utah, Phoenix, Southern California, Tennessee, and Boise, you can order them nationwide! They don’t use third-party distributors, so you’re working directly with the manufacturer. From order to installation, the lead time is approximately 9-11 weeks.

Additional Features
- Warranty: Soniq offers a 7-year warranty on all their products
- Screens and Glass Options: All windows come with retractable screens, and you can opt for leaded glass for a stylish touch at an additional cost.
- Replacement and Custom Orders: Soniq can accommodate with replacement windows or new installations. They also offer interior glass walls, perfect for home gyms or offices!
My Personal Experience
Believe it or not, I didn’t receive any discounts for this endorsement! I’ve been extremely happy our decision to purchase because of their level service and quality of custom windows they’ve provided for our new home. With the amount of money we saved going with Soniq windows, I was able to pay for our pool. Im not joking, the savings was substantial.
I chose to go with one of their standard colors. All my windows are dark gray casement style windows with interior and exterior grids. I stayed consistent with about 6- 8 lites per window. To add some flair, I selected arched Dimond leaded glass windows for my pantry and 2 oval windows in key locations.
In addition to my aluminum windows, I even ordered full glass walls and doors for my basement gym. I cannot wait to show you this one of a kind feature that I was able to fully customize for my home.
