Peach blueberry Thyme Salad
Peach blueberry fresh fruit salad seasoned with thyme, lemon juice, and honey.
Every August when peach season rolls around I look forward to my favorite summer salad. This simple fruit and berry salad works at the start of any meal or as dessert.
Bring this refreshing summer salad to any BBQ for a total crowd pleaser. My personal favorite is paired with grilled pork chops. The fresh savory thyme works so well with the tartness of the blueberries and sweetness of the peaches. Even my kids appreciate the sophisticated flavors of this salad. I’ve also served it with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream to create a refreshing dessert.
