Spring Recipe Roundup
We are well into spring now and before summer hits, I wanted to share some of my favorite recipes in a Spring Recipe Roundup! These are perfect for this transition of seasons! I love spring recipes because we get to transition from heartier, warmer dishes, to light and often times fruitier flavors.
German Pancake: This is a simple recipe that can be quickly whipped up for an easy breakfast. Top it with powdered sugar and fresh berries for an instant family favorite. And if you’re following a Keto lifestyle, I’ve got a low carb version so that you can enjoy too!

Layered Salad: For warmer months, I always think it’s a good idea to keep a few go-to salads in rotation for a quick lunch or as a side to a main course. And not only is this layered salad stunning, it’s also so easy to make.
Blueberry Lemon Cake: Like I said, I love all of the fresh flavors that come with spring inspired recipes, especially anything lemon. And then to add blueberries on top of that makes it even better.
One of the yummiest on this Spring Recipe Roundup are these Easy-Peasy Key Lime Bars: Warmer weather just screams “citrus flavored everything,” which is why these key lime bars are the perfect treat to whip up for a group, or to just satisfy your afternoon sweet tooth.
Keto Garlic Shrimp: I recently shared this recipe, but it really is a great one to keep on hand, as it is an entertaining favorite.
