9 Designer Home Looks For Less

Designer doesn’t always mean better quality. I am a firm believer that the ‘designer dupes’ can be even better than the original! So, I pulled together my top 9 designer home looks for less, giving you a comparison so you can find the best for your budget!

My entryway light has been one of my favorite parts of this home. When designing it, I was certain I wanted to get a high quality light fixture that was both timeless and made an impact. I DIY’d our roman clay ceiling [what a journey that was!] and added the most gorgeous chandelier. The reason I chose the designer version here is the texture of each medallion. They are made with coco shells and carry the same texture as the roman clay. Overall just a delicate look.

This designer dupe is SO stunning as well. Either way, this is a win! They both add that ‘wow’ factor you want in your entryway!

Our couches are perfection. If you have been here long enough, you know I have cared for these sofas as if they were my own offspring. They are classic, go with every design style and wash like a dream. I had the same sofas in my last home (and loved them so much) that I ordered them for this home in 2 different colors.

The blue is a performance chenille in the color ‘slate’ and the cream is the color ‘parchment’, which is also performance chenille.

The dupe looks incredible and the boxier bottom actually hides a trundle bed. So YES THE DUPE is also a SLEEPER SOFA!!

You can go so many ways with entryway consoles. It could be simple with very little to no storage or you can go this way – a gorgeous dresser. It may seem untraditional, but it’s actually genius. This houses all the things you drop at the door and looks beautiful and put together while doing it! These looks for less are almost IDENTICAL with just a few dimension adjustments – which honestly is great because then you can grab them for any space! This fluted option is so similar to mine! And I love this option because of the dramatic curves.

Ya’ll have been going gaga over this mirror in our powder room! And I love that it’s well under $200! I love this more expensive version as well, but the reviews don’t lie…the look alike wins here, for sure!

Our bed is one of my favorite spots, Chris’ too. It’s where we unwind, chat things out and indulge in our shows. I love the ornate hammered style in the canopy, but this look alike is SUCH a great piece that you’ll have for years! The arched headboard is so unique and adds a bonus design feature.

This may seem like something you look over when designing or decorating a home, but one of my ‘must haves’ of these 9 designer home looks for less, you ask?! Great hardware for your kitchen and bath.

It can be the least expensive way to transform a space. It adds so much character and customization to your home. While we went with these handles and silver pulls and gold pulls, these handles and pulls [ gold & silver ] are a fraction of the price! Truly, these will take a kitchen or bath from standard to stunning.

This workstation is one we have seen is used, and used a LOT. It has been one of my favorite features of the kitchen and this high low option is great alternative to the pricer piece!

Ok, this designer dupe is CRAZY good. Under $200 and SO pretty, the only visible difference from ours is the base! I love how this dining nook came together. I think either table option is a piece that can be styled and transformed through season after season.

You guys, these William Sonoma leopard print blankets are the COZIEST. My kids were arguing over them so much we had to get multiple. Heck, Chris and I may have even fought over them too! The dupe is a FRACTION of the price! The textures are slightly different between the two but both are super soft. It’s a must for any comfy space.
