Prepping for the 4th of July: Decor, Dishes & Festive Apparel!

Celebrating the 4th in Style

The 4th of July is just around the corner, and it’s one of my favorite holidays to celebrate! From patriotic outdoor decor to delicious dishes and festive apparel, I’ve got everything you need for this year’s celebration.

Patriotic Outdoor Decor

I’m excited to highlight some of my favorite outdoor decor items that have proven their durability over time. After taking them out of storage last weekend, I’m delighted to see they’re still in great condition! I rely on these decorations not only for the 4th of July but for all patriotic holidays, so selecting high quality USA-made flags a must for me.

I discovered these buntings and American-made flags in various sizes, including one impressively large “Big Boy” that instantly became a centerpiece of my display.

Additionally, I purchased a bundle of smaller flags perfect for planter boxes, adding flair to table settings, lining walkways, or letting little ones wave them for photos.

And of course, as a fan of seasonal wreaths, swapping out my door decor is a must. This year’s patriotic wreaths, reminiscent of miniature fireworks bursting with color, are no exception!

Favorite Dish for BBQs

No 4th of July BBQ is complete without dessert, and my go-to is a crowd-pleaser: fruit pizza! This was my sister and I’s favorite dessert growing up and not much has changed. You can often find us in the corner after dinner sneaking extra pieces.
